Ovations for the Cure of Ovarian Cancer

Supporting ovarian cancer research, awareness & patient programs, Ovations for the Cure is dedicated to the relentless pursuit of a cure for ovarian cancer. Our goal is to live in a world free of ovarian cancer. How do we get there? It starts with education and awareness. We provide education programs that prioritize increasing awareness of ovarian cancer to improve early detection. Focused on improving the lives of women currently diagnosed with ovarian cancer, we have created and participate in many patient programs. We are funding critical research that is getting us closer to a test for early detection and a cure every day. With your help, we can attain better research, increased awareness and support for the over 20,000 women who are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year. Founded by Patricia Franchi Flaherty, a survivor of ovarian cancer, the organization aims to advocate for new diagnostic testing and treatment options, and to provide moral support for patients and their families. Ovations for the Cure offers programs which provide support and relief to patients with ovarian cancer. Our patient programs are created to give knowledge, hope, comfort and support to those women currently diagnosed and living with ovarian cancer. Ovations is proud to provide programs such as The Butterfly Bangle, which provides a charm-style bracelet to express the journey ovarian cancer patients and survivors have gone through. We also offer free healthy meals through our Helping Hands program. Even from the beginning, we have thought it necessary to create patient programs that help to build disease awareness, bolster patient morale and inspire cause for hope.
