Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network (NCAN)

The Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network (NCAN) is dedicated to raising awareness about neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and providing support and resources for patients and their families. The organization focuses on education, advocacy, and improving the quality of life for those affected by NETs. NCAN provides information and support for patients, caregivers, and families affected by neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). We offer resources, support groups, and educational materials to help patients and caregivers navigate their journey with NET cancer. Welcome to NCAN’s Resource Room! Here you will find a variety of information and inspiration to help you navigate your NETs Journey. If you don’t find what you are looking for here, reach out by email or phone. We are always here to help! NCAN’s NETCare Program Educates The HealthCare Professionals On NET's. The program provides the latest evidence-based practice to health care professionals regarding neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), addressing clinical challenges and advancements in treatment. The ZEBRA logo, or mascot, was originally designed in 2003 by the Carcinoid Cancer Awareness Network (CCAN), now known as the Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network (NCAN). This is, perhaps, why many refer to us as “The Original ZEBRA.” According to The National Geographic Society, the zebra has the most unique coat of all animals. And each individual zebra has its own striped pattern, as unique to it as fingerprints are to humans. In fact, no two are exactly alike. Just like NET patients. No two NET Cancer patients are the same.
