Endometrial Cancer Action Network for African Americans
The Endometrial Cancer Action Network (ECANA) aims to shed light on the challenges and triumphs of living with endometrial cancer, providing support and resources for survivors and their families. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support, raise awareness, and drive impactful research to improve the lives of African American women battling endometrial cancer. ECANA recognizes the critical need for equity and inclusion in endometrial cancer research and investigation. Our mission is to ensure that African American women with endometrial cancer are finally prioritized in scientific studies as well as healthcare discussions. By stepping up and claiming our seat at the table, we aim to influence research agendas, advocate for inclusive clinical trials, and ultimately increase survival rates for our community.
