The Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation

The Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation (DTRF) empowers and unites everyone committed to finding answers for the desmoid tumor community. We aggressively fund desmoid tumor research, accelerate the development of improved therapies, drive collaborations among clinicians and researchers worldwide, and support patients and doctors through education. Our goal is to find a cure for each and every patient diagnosed with this rare disease. DTRF is dedicated to supporting patients and caregivers affected by desmoid tumors through education, advocacy, and research initiatives. They provide resources for mental health, patient education, and community engagement. The DTRF Coordination Core (DTRFCC) serves as a research administrative center for the DTRF. The goal is to coordinate research and ensure that data and materials generated through the funded grants are made available to existing and future investigators. The DTRF Together We Will Weekend brings together patients, caregivers, researchers, clinicians and industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and learn. Together we will advance research, empower our community with information, foster connection, and fundraise for a cure.
