Cancer and Careers helps more than 470,000 individuals each year — online, in print and in person — across all 50 states and beyond. Our generous corporate sponsors enable us to provide expert advice, interactive tools, and educational events for these cancer patients, survivors, coworkers and healthcare professionals. Additionally, Cancer and Careers offers free, personalized feedback on resumes from professional career coaches for cancer patients and survivors, designed to help individuals improve their resumes based on best practices before submission. Cancer and Careers’ Balancing Work & Cancer Webinar Series offers sessions related to the challenges of balancing work and cancer. All webinars are free to attend. Up-to-the-minute news, research, and commentary on the intersection of work & cancer and what it means for patients, survivors, healthcare professionals, employers, coworkers and caregivers. Cancer and Careers' 15th annual National Conference on Work & Cancer will be held online on Friday, June 27, 2025! This free, daylong event brings together patients, survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, advocates, employers/HR, advocates and others touched by cancer to explore the complexities of balancing treatment and recovery with employment.
