American Childhood Cancer Organization
The American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO) is dedicated to improving the lives of children with cancer and their families through education, advocacy, and support. They provide resources and information to help families navigate the challenges of childhood cancer, raise awareness about the unique needs of children with cancer, and advocate for increased funding for research and better treatment options. ACCO provides free resources to any family whose child has cancer, specifically designed for the unique struggles of children with cancer and their loved ones. ACCO is a community of families, survivors, and friends who have been affected by childhood and adolescent cancer. We offer our community support, information, advocacy. We are their voice. Creating History, Transforming the Future. Go Gold For Kids With Cancer® is an initiative by the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO) to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer. The initiative encourages individuals and communities to organize events that promote the gold ribbon, which represents childhood cancer awareness.
